You aren’t failing.
You’re exhausted from
carrying too much for too long.

Nurse Practitioner-led telehealth for women navigating ADHD, perimenopause, burnout and mental health — Australia-wide. The expertise to assess, diagnose and treat, all in one appointment

Where do you see yourself?

Many women arrive here feeling mentally overloaded, emotionally exhausted or no longer like themselves. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out for support.

You’re in the right place

You’ve spent long enough not feeling like yourself.

Maybe you’ve tried to get answers and been sent away with nothing. Maybe you’ve been told it’s stress, or anxiety, or just getting older. Maybe you haven’t tried yet because you’re not sure anyone will actually listen.

Wherever you are, this is the place that looks at the whole picture. Hormones. Neurology. Emotional health. Together. In one appointment, with someone who has 35 years of clinical experience and actually has time to hear you.

No rushed appointments. No dismissed symptoms. No piecing it together yourself anymore.

And if you already know what you need, we have that too.

The Finally Know Consultation

For women who know something has changed but can’t explain why.

One appointment. The whole picture. Hormones, neurology and emotional health assessed together, not one referral at a time.

You’ll leave with a written summary in plain English, a clear plan where clinically appropriate, referral letters if needed, and 14 days of direct email access. Phone or video, no camera required. Payment after your appointment, not before.

No GP referral needed to book.

ADHD Assessment & Diagnostic Clarification Pathway

For women wondering whether longstanding overwhelm, masking, emotional exhaustion, executive dysfunction or lifelong coping struggles may relate to ADHD.

This is a pathway to get a clear answer. Led by a Nurse Practitioner with the clinical authority to assess and diagnose, with a structured pathway that satisfies regulatory requirements across all Australian states.

No GP referral needed to book.

For full pathway details including fees, visit our ADHD Assessment page →

Not ready to book yet? Start with the free 2-minute symptom quiz.

No Medicare rebate, here’s the honest reason why.

Medicare funds GP consultations — a single problem, standard timeframe, referral if needed. It was not designed for this.

This is a 60-minute integrated assessment covering hormonal, neurological and emotional health together. That sits outside what Medicare reimburses — not because it is less legitimate, but because it is more comprehensive.

No referral needed. No waitlist. Payment after your appointment, not before.

Not hormones, not ADHD, something else? We have you covered.

You have spent long enough not knowing.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening, a personalised plan, and access to evidence-based treatment options where appropriate.

Appointments available Australia-wide via telehealth.

After more than 35 years in healthcare

Rachel Smith, Nurse Practitioner, Health Smitten

Meet Rachel Smith, an endorsed Nurse Practitioner with more than 35 years of healthcare experience.

I’ve learned that women are often carrying far more than anyone realises: many women quietly carry enormous emotional, mental and physical loads while continuing to minimise their own struggles.

Health Smitten was created to offer something different: longer appointments, thoughtful conversations and care that looks at the bigger picture rather than isolated symptoms alone.

My background includes mental health, rural and remote healthcare, women’s wellbeing and supporting people through periods of overwhelm, transition and complexity.

I believe women deserve healthcare where they feel heard, respected, unrushed, taken seriously and supported over time.

You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for support.

As an endorsed Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and ongoing care for women experiencing ADHD, perimenopause, mental health concerns and complex health challenges. Where appropriate, this may include referrals, investigations and evidence-based treatment options.

As a Nurse Practitioner, Rachel holds a Master of Nurse Practitioner the highest level of clinical nursing qualification in Australia and is qualified to assess, diagnose, prescribe treatments, request pathology and imaging, and make referrals
